Where do I check in?
Check-in for The Beverley Apartments takes place at The Beverley Hotel, located at 13 Belgrave Road, London, SW1V 1RB, just a short walk from the apartments on Churton Street. Our team will welcome you there, hand over your keys, and make sure everything is in order before directing you to your apartment.
If you have any questions about the check-in process before you arrive, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes but it’s subject to availability on the day. Please call reception at 020 7630 1884
Is there parking at the apartments?
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, we’re happy to store your luggage at The Beverley Hotel before check-in or after check-out. Just speak to a member of our team on arrival and we’ll take care of it.
The Apartments
How many apartments do you have?
We have five self-catering apartments in total – a Studio, a One-Bedroom Terrace Apartment, a One-Bedroom Apartment, a Standard Apartment, and a Family Apartment. Each one is individually designed and fully equipped for a self-catering stay in Westminster. View full apartments’ details here.
What facilities are included in every room?
Every apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a washing machine. Individual apartments vary. Please check the individual apartment pages for full details.
Do all apartments have a private bathroom?
All apartments have a private bathroom with the exception of the Studio, which has a shared bathroom just steps away. The shared facilities are exclusively for apartment guests and kept to a high standard. This is clearly noted on the Studio apartment page. We recommend checking before booking to make sure it’s the right fit for your stay.
Are the apartments accessible?
The apartments are located in a period building and unfortunately do not have a lift. Guests will need to use the stairs to reach their apartment. We regret that the property is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.
Are the apartments self-catering?
Yes, all five apartments are fully self-catering with a equipped kitchen. Guests are welcome to cook their own meals throughout their stay.

Where are the apartments located?
The Beverley Apartments are at 34 Churton Street, London, SW1V 2LP, a quiet residential street in the heart of Westminster, just a short walk from Victoria Station.
How far are the apartments from Victoria Station?
Victoria Station is an 11 min walk from the apartments.
Can I get to Gatwick Airport easily?
Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes, there are several supermarkets within easy walking distance of the apartments including Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local, Waitrose, and M&S Food at Victoria Station. See our blog for a full local supermarket guide.
Bookings & Payments
How do I book?
You can book directly through our website for the best available rate. We also accept bookings via major booking platforms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Enjoy the flexibility to change your plans. Reservations booked on a Flexible Rate can be cancelled free of charge until 2:00 PM (local hotel time) on the day before arrival.
Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you offer any discounts or special rates?
Yes. Booking directly through our website always gives you the best available rate. We offer a 10% discount on direct bookings, matching or beating the rates you’ll find on third party booking sites like Booking.com and Expedia.

Check-in at The Beverley Apartments is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Children of all ages are welcome at The Beverley Apartments. Our Family Apartment and Standard Apartment are particularly well suited to families, with separate sleeping areas and fully equipped kitchens.
Please ensure the number of guests including children is accurately reflected at the time of booking. For queries about cots or additional bedding please get in touch before your stay.
